Cristina Blanco

Cristina Blanco is one of Puerto Rico’s leading real estate executives, with over twenty years of experience in luxury, mixed-use, and commercial real estate development. Trained in architecture and design at the prestigious University of Miami’s Pérez School of Architecture, she began her career with Zyscovich Architects, overseeing landmark projects such as Temple Beth Sholom and Midtown Miami. She later served as lead project engineer at Turner Construction, a global firm with over 46 offices worldwide, refining her expertise in construction management, procurement, estimating, and risk analysis. 

After returning to Puerto Rico, Cristina founded Sky Builders Group, a boutique design and construction firm recognized for residential, commercial, and government projects. As one of the founding agents of Corcoran Puerto Rico, she has become a top-producing Realtor®, closing over $45 million in sales in the past three years. Recognized among the Top 15% of Corcoran’s global network (2024), she was named #1 Associate Broker by Sales Volume (2022) and received the Corcoran Sapphire Award. In 2023, she ranked 8th in Total Sales Volume and 10th in Total Transactions on the island by the Puerto Rico Association of Realtors (Stellar MLS Awards).

 Cristina serves as the dedicated Associate Broker for ORO Residences, an Autograph Collection hotel by Marriott in San Juan, an iconic new development that merges architectural sophistication with world-class hospitality.
